The agreement between you and Pluso. What to expect, what not to.

1. About this document

Using Pluso (the "Service") means you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Pluso is a software tool that audits a bank statement you upload and produces a report: spending categorization, recurring-charge detection, duplicates, anomalies, and suggestions for what to cancel or dispute. The Service does not connect to your bank account, does not move money, and does not manage your funds.

You sign in through Telegram's login widget. By doing so you also accept Telegram's policies. Your Pluso account is tied to your Telegram ID — keeping your Telegram account secure is your responsibility.

5. Uploading a statement

By uploading a file, you confirm that:

Maximum file size is 10 MB; supported formats are CSV and PDF. The file is deleted 24 hours after the audit (see our Privacy policy).

6. Pricing

As of the version date below, the first audit is free. Paid plans with ongoing monitoring may be introduced; we'll notify users in advance before any change takes effect.

The Service's source code, UI design, blog posts, and educational content are owned by Pluso. Commercial use of our content without written permission is not allowed. Quotation with attribution and a link is fine.

The Service is provided "as is". Pluso is not liable for:

We can update these Terms. We'll notify users of material changes via the Telegram bot and publish the updated version here with a new date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new version.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete all your data via the /delete command in the bot. We may suspend access if these Terms or applicable law are violated.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
