1. About this document
Using Pluso (the "Service") means you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What the Service does
Pluso is a software tool that audits a bank statement you upload and produces a report: spending categorization, recurring-charge detection, duplicates, anomalies, and suggestions for what to cancel or dispute. The Service does not connect to your bank account, does not move money, and does not manage your funds.
3. What the Service does NOT do
- It is not financial, investment, or tax advice
- It does not guarantee that every leak is caught — the algorithm can miss or misclassify
- It does not get refunds for you — disputing charges and canceling subscriptions stays on you
- We're not responsible for decisions you make based on the report
4. Sign-in and account
You sign in through Telegram's login widget. By doing so you also accept Telegram's policies. Your Pluso account is tied to your Telegram ID — keeping your Telegram account secure is your responsibility.
5. Uploading a statement
By uploading a file, you confirm that:
- The statement belongs to your bank account
- You have the right to process it
- The file contains no malicious code
Maximum file size is 10 MB; supported formats are CSV and PDF. The file is deleted 24 hours after the audit (see our Privacy policy).
6. Pricing
As of the version date below, the first audit is free. Paid plans with ongoing monitoring may be introduced; we'll notify users in advance before any change takes effect.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Upload someone else's statement without their consent
- Attempt to bypass technical limits, rate limits, or security measures
- Run automated scraping, DDoS, or load-testing against the Service
- Resell access to the Service to third parties
8. Intellectual property
The Service's source code, UI design, blog posts, and educational content are owned by Pluso. Commercial use of our content without written permission is not allowed. Quotation with attribution and a link is fine.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". Pluso is not liable for:
- Financial losses arising from decisions you made based on the report
- Inaccuracies in transaction recognition — please verify any finding before contacting your bank
- Temporary unavailability of the Service due to technical issues
- The actions of third parties (your bank, Telegram), including changes to their APIs
10. Changes to these Terms
We can update these Terms. We'll notify users of material changes via the Telegram bot and publish the updated version here with a new date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new version.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete all your data via the /delete command in the bot. We may suspend access if these Terms or applicable law are violated.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
